My Personal Testimony

 As a child, I learned how alcohol can destroy a family. My father was very violent and abusive.  His demeanor would change towards anyone who dared to defy him.  My Mother was usually the recipient of his terror! 

This is...how, and... where, I learned to face the giants!  I would try to divert my Dad's attention. I knew that if he would come after me, that I could run faster than him, and draw him away from my Mother.  Such strategy for a child! 

I would take on the role of Protector!  Protector of the Innocent!  How precious life is to me! 

I hate violence, and I hate domestic violence with a passion!  I hate it when the innocent are bullied!  The Bible says that the Kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence and the violent take it by force! (Matt. 11:12) We can become warriors in the Spirit taking back the ground that the devil has stolen from us.  He is defeated!  As we speak the word of God, activate our faith, and .....resist the devil, he will flee! Praise God! 

As a child we were not taught how to take authority over evil.  Luke 10:19 says that we have power over all the enemy andnothing shall hurt us. We can bind the enemy from his tactics and know that God will protect us. Also, Psalms 68:20 says that escapes from death belong to the Lord!  We can escape death through violence when we speak the word of God and trust that He is activating angels on our behalf to protect us, as Psalms 91 declares.  Amen! Amen!!

 Angels are sent to minister to those who will inherit salvation, according to the book of Hebrews 1:14. We...therefore, can take authority over all the power of the enemy, and have victory!  I have experienced this many a time in my life!  God is good!!

Fear was part of my  daily life, yet, at the same time, God gave me a boldness in the Spirit, and trained me to face the giants even as a little girl. I feared more  the consequences rather than my weaknesses. I knew I had to do something!  I could not sit silently by watching my mother being tormented.

Delivered of fear in my early twenties, God has instilled within me that He is always present, and that He will never leave me nor forsake me. He is more than able to deliver us out of every situation, and according to Psalms, every affliction.

I have learned to recognize the tactics of the enemy that women are confronted with every day; rejection, fear, failure, and all the lies that the enemy flaunts in the faces of women. There is... new life! There is..... joy unspeakable! Women can have  deliverance, and walk with newness of life, and.... experience true joy that comes in having an intimate relationship with God.  

Are you hurting?  Do you feel like no one cares for you?  Well.....I want you to know that God cares and loves you with an everlasting love....His love never fails!  His love never fades away!  He is the same, yesterday, today, and forever! He is reaching for you today!  He desires your presence! 

 Out of the ashes, the ashes of your life, God will bring forth beauty!
